NOTE:

Overlay zoning standards are included in Section C of the General Chapter (20.25.080.C) in the zoning standards, which also contains definitions, rules, measurement, and guidance for interpretation of the below standards.

Overlay zoning standards require zoning compliance review, similar to how projects are reviewed currently in the city. Some projects will also require Design Excellence Review, which is described in the Design Excellence Review page.
