Attention all contractors/Designers

Due to the increased number of building lots which fall under the requirements of sections R403.1.7.1 through R403.1.7.4, the Building Division would like to remind the construction industry to design and build in accordance with these sections of the code. If construction scenarios preclude adherence to these sections, please be prepared to submit geotechnical engineering which provides approval for non-prescriptive site locations in relationship to adjacent slopes.
