Description:
The City of Missoula Parks and Recreation is seeking Concession Operators for Jacob's Island dates of UM Home Games. Concession contractors will be required to provide their own mobile food/beverage or novelty cart.

Each vendor must clearly identify their successful experience of mobile concession operations, and food safety practices. Requirements and priorities are outlined in this RFP. The City of Missoula Parks and Recreation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. 

Concession Permit Dates Coincide with UM Grizzly Home Football Games

The proposed schedule for review of the RFP Submittals and final selection of recommended vendor is as follows:
  • January 17, 2020 – RFP available
  • February 19, 2020 – RFP Deadline Submittal due by 3:00pm
  • February 24 – 28, 2020 Review and Score RFP Submittals
  • March 2, 2020 – Selection announced and vending contract awarded
All proposals including mailed submittals must be received no later than Wed, February 19 3:00 PM at the following address:
