Thanks for stopping by the City of Missoula's Communications Office online. Communication and knowledge about City of Missoula news, business and programs start here.
Your Communications Office serves as the press office for the City's administration and its departments. We write and distribute news releases and schedule press conferences and meetings to foster good communication with the public through news reporting. Take a look at our News Center on the home page to see the latest. We're also the connection between news reporters and City staff members. We schedule interviews with people most knowledgeable to talk on any subject pertaining to City business.
We also plan public events and public information campaigns. One of our recent projects was the grand opening of the Higgins Avenue roundabout in September. Our public outreach includes a Web page with information on driving roundabouts

You might also stop in at Channel 11 on Missoula Community Access Television, our government cable channel. We coordinate government programming with the MCAT staff with guidance from our Missoula Civic Television Advisory Commission. You can find a broad range of programs, from rebroadcasts of Missoula City Council meetings to Missoula County commissioners' meetings to the seasonal holiday programs from our local schools.
We hope you find quick answers to your questions on our state-of-the-art Web site. And you're welcome to give us a call to ask more about our great city.
